Cancellation Policy
Time is precious—for both you and us. When you schedule an appointment, you are reserving time that could otherwise be offered to someone else in need of services. To receive a full refund, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur a $20 flat fee. It is the client’s responsibility to reach out to reschedule. If no rescheduling occurs within 60 days, the appointment will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
